| Entry is allowed on presentation of l-Cards and participant passes issued to the participants. |
| For individual event, per participant will have to pay Entry Fee of Rs. 25/- each. And For group event, per participant will have to pay Entry Fee of Rs. 20/- each. |
| Competition will be held between 3rd, 4th & 5th December 2010 from 9.30 am onwards. |
| The Meeting of group leaders should be attended by 2 representative of each college on 30th November 2010 in the college auditorium at 11.30 a.m. The last date for submitting the forms will be 30th November 2010 . |
| The event will be judged by the professionals of respective fields. |
| Participants must be present an hour before their respective competition and must report to the reception counter. |
| Participants will be issued participant certificate and winners will be awarded with attractive Prizes and Trophies. |
| College & Association will not be responsible in any manner for dispute regarding gifts vouchers. |
| College & Association will not be responsible for the loss of participant's property. |
| Any kind of misbehavior will not be tolerated. |
| Exposure/Nudity will not be entertained on any circumstances. |
| Counters for submitting Entry forms will be available from 25th November to 30th November between 11.0 am to 2.00 pm. |
| Participant passes will be issued during college representative meeting. |
| CD /Cassette should be labeled with the college code, event name & the name of the participants. |
| Use an audio cassette / cd format (no MP3) and keep a Backup for the same. |
